Welcoming Our New Articling Student!

Richter Trial Lawyers is happy to welcome our newest addition, Emma Wright, beginning September 2023. Emma will be joining us as an articling student. Emma grew up in Ottawa, ON. She started her academic journey when she moved to London, ON, where she received her B.A. with honours at Western University. Recently, she graduated with her J.D. from UBC’s Peter A. Allard School of Law. Emma is particularly interested in learning more about family law, estate litigation and personal injury because they combine trial advocacy elements and opportunities for meaningful outcomes. Emma has volunteered for several months as a Pro Bono Student with the PACE Society. She has experience working for UBC’s Law Students Legal Advice Program as a legal clinical. In this role, she strengthened her legal research and writing skills while building rapport and client relationships.
